Event Host and Keynote Speaker

Talking about health and wellness is my passion.

I have hosted events and presented as a key note on the following topics:

  • International Women’s Day Selfcare Workshop

Workshops and Health Education Sessions

Some wellness events are better suited to workshops, small group discussion and Q & A’s.

Possible workshop topics are:

  • Exploring emotional eating and relationship with food
  • Healthy eating made simple: grocery shopping and meal planning
  • The benefits of weight training for women’s health
  • Heart health and heart disease prevention
  • Menopause health information sessions

You will have the opportunity to share the needs and goal of your event for us to be able to work together and create a workshop that suits the needs of your group.
