Ingredients
1 block soft tofu
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 large lemon
Splash of water
2 large green onions – washed and chopped
pinch or two of salt
Make it
Add all ingredients to a food processor or mini blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass container with a lid and keep in the fridge for 2-3 days. Enjoy on salads, cooked vegetables, as a dip or dressing for wraps and tacos.
