Prep Time: 2 minutes

You will need…

A cocktail shaker 

1 Ice cube

1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, black berries and strawberries)

1 oz chilled raspberry flavoured vodka

4 oz soda water or diet spite if you want more sweetness

A heavy splash of diet cranberry juice  

1 wedge each of lemon and lime 

Prepare the cocktail… 

In a large cocktail shaker add the ice cube, frozen fruit, lemon and lime wedge (squeeze before adding), vodka, juice and soda water/sprite.  Place lid on shaker, shake gently, tilting side to side as the cocktail mixes and chills. Pour cocktail into chosen glass, leaving ice, and fruit behind. Enjoy!

Makes one serving.
