Covid-19 has hit our community hard and now more than ever we need a space to refocus on health and wellness. Gyms and fitness centers are starting to reopen with specific protocols on how members can use their spaces. Right now to be consistent with exercise people need flexible training options that utilizes home and gym workout spaces.
WOMEN & WEIGHTS ONLINE
Women & Weights Online is a 14 week online based coaching program that gives women a safe exercise space to explore their physical ability with weight training. Link the click button to the women & weights online page.
People who wish to train at their preferred gym or at home, with expert guidance will benefit from this program. All training programs are created specifically for your body, needs and goals. Online coaching is provided as on-going support to help clients navigate making nutrition and fitness changes. Clients will send detailed weekly email updates to their coach to summarize where they felt success and any challenges they need more support to overcome. This on-going communication ensures clients are supported through every step of their journey.
